07 覆盖范围与缺口

当前 slides 支撑范围、partial coverage 与 exam-only signal 的复习边界说明。

这页专门说明:哪些内容已经被当前 slides 明确支持,哪些更多是由样题强烈提示出来的考试范围。

  • payback / make-or-buy / break-even worked questions
  • Talent Triangle / leadership vs management

复习建议:

  • 先记题型
  • 再记标准步骤
  • 遇到长题按通用框架答,不必硬背不存在于当前 slides 的细枝末节

3. Exam-only signal

这些内容在样题中出现明显,但我目前不把它们说成“slides 已完整覆盖”:

  • EBITDA / EBITA exact treatment
  • present valuation of a company
  • defender strategic posture table
  • some business structure / company law distinctions
  • some EVM details (SPI, CPI)
  • standard vs regulation comparison

复习建议:

  • 会做 MCQ 层面的概念辨析即可
  • 不要对这些点投入和 DFM / WBS / control chart 同等的时间

4. 最建议优先冲刺的模块

如果你离考试比较近,建议优先复习:

  1. DFM + sustainability
  2. 7QC + control chart
  3. Taguchi + Six Sigma + Cp/Cpk
  4. WBS + CPM + communication channels
  5. risk + conflict
  6. NPV/BCR/IRR + break-even + make-or-buy

5. 下一轮可以继续补什么

如果后面你把缺失 PPT 再补上,我建议下一轮优先增强:

  • finance / costing 分册
  • organization / strategy / accounting definitions
  • EVM / CPI / SPI
  • more worked CPM examples
